I am delighted to be entering my fifth year at Prattville Intermediate School, building upon a 19-year career in education. As an experienced educator, I am committed to fostering a positive learning environment for our students.
I firmly believe in the importance of building strong relationships with students, parents, and colleagues. These connections form the foundation of a successful educational experience and create a supportive community that enhances learning outcomes.
Educational Background: - Bachelor of Science in Elementary Education, Stillman College - Master's degree in Elementary Education, University of West Alabama - Education Specialist (Ed.S.) in Elementary Education, University of West Alabama - Currently pursuing an Administrative Certification at Jacksonville State University
On a personal note, I am blessed with a supportive family, including my husband DeVon and our son Ethan, who will be entering fourth grade this year. Outside of the classroom, I enjoy spending quality time with family and friends, as well as exploring new destinations through travel.
